Glass blowing is fun! If you’re curious to experience working with molten glass, we offer classes that are open to any experience level.

Our object class is a great introduction to the process of glass blowing where you get to play with the material and make an object of your own. The instructor goes over the basics of handling the material safely and demonstrates beginner-friendly techniques, then guides each student to create their own piece. The object can either be a paperweight encasing colourful swirls and bubbles or a quirky shallow dish with colours of your choice. This class can be taken as a group of 2 people or more at $195 per student. It’s a fun a memorable activity for families, couples and friends to try something new together.

Looking to make your dreams come true? A private lesson is tailored entirely around the student’s wants. Suitable for beginners, these lessons are structured entirely around the student's goals and expectations. The instructor is there to help you make your ideas a reality. Pricing for this class is $200 for the first hour followed by $175 for the next and $150 for consecutive hours with 2-3 hours as the recommended starting session length. Additional students can be added at $100 per hour.

Keep in mind that glass blowing is very technical and requires years of training to master, it’s best to start with simpler forms in order to guarantee you’re happy with the outcome of your session with us. Tell us what you’d love to create and we’ll go from there!

After purchasing one of our lessons, please reach out to us at info@vsg.gallery with your availability and how many students will be attending your session. Our classes are 16+ and we book them on first come first serve basis every Saturday.
