"Slice of Life" Murrine Jewellery

This series by Maria Keating features the traditional Italian technique of cane work, or “Millie Fiori”. An image is created then pulled to make a long, slender, cane of coloured glass. These canes are cut into coins and used in various ways; here, she has used them to make beautiful, unique earrings for your wearing pleasure.
